Terms of Use
CrossAcross is made by Brunch Development I/S (CVR 46546105, Denmark). By using the app you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. How we handle data is in the privacy policy.
Playing
Every mode plays without an account and without a network connection. Puzzles, themes and clues are ours; you may share links to them with friends, but not copy or republish the puzzles themselves.
Accounts
An account is optional, made by signing in with Apple or Google. Keep it to yourself, and play fair: results that look implausible are marked and count only for you. We may suspend an account that is used to cheat or to disrupt other players. You can delete your account at any time in Settings › Account › Delete Account.
Playing with friends
Challenge, puzzle and live-round links carry a score or time, never your name. Friends who are signed in see your first name on rounds you both played. Only share links with people you’re happy to play with.
Ad-Free
Ad-Free is a one-time purchase through Apple, tied to your Apple ID. Restore it on another iPhone in Settings › Ad-Free › Restore Purchases. Refunds are handled by Apple under its rules.
The service
We work to keep CrossAcross running and its online features available, but can’t promise they always will be. We may change or retire features, and will update these terms first if a change affects you. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Danish or EU law.
